Circus Train Adventure was shot over the five years Kevin Venardos was Ringmaster for the Blue Unit of Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. It was shot, produced, written and edited by Lane Venardos, who visited the Circus and traveled with his son as often as he could, logging tens of thousands of miles on the milelong Circus train.
Lane retired from CBS News in April of 2000 after 34 years with CBS in Chicago,
Washington and New York City. Winner of 13 national EMMY® Awards, Venardos was a
writer, producer, executive producer and vice president for CBS News.
