Circus Wagon Subscription Plan;
Each month you will receive a new circus wagon. If you decide that for any reason you wish to return this wagon you may return it to Sparkling Star Models at 3210 St. Charles Place, Boca Raton, FL 33434. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of receipt. Models may not be opened and in resalable condition. If you wish to discontinue your subscription please email us at email@example.com by the 5th of the month. All returns must be postage paid by you. If you model is damaged we will replace it free of charge, but you must return the model in original packaging. Missing or damaged parts will be replaced within 90 days of original receipt of model by customer. We highly recommend when returning items you request Proof of Delivery for your protection. Any credit due your credit card will be issued within 15 days of receipt of product by Sparkling Star Models, Inc.
Scale Figures and Circus Wagons;
Any figure received by customer may be returned to Sparkling Star Models Inc. if unopened and not used by customer. You must request an RMA from Sparkling Star Models, Inc. prior to returning the item and include this number on the outside of the shipment. Store credit will be issued to your account within 15 days of our receipt of the item. To receive an RMA numbers please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call during normal business hours. Damaged item will follow the same procedures and a replacement will be shipped within 15 days if available. Missing or damaged parts will be replaced within 90 days of original receipt of model by customer. We highly recommend when returning items you request Proof of Delivery for your protection.
Videos from Sparkling Star Models are not returnable unless damaged in shipment. If item is damaged it will be exchanged for the same item only. Model Railroad Cars;
Returns of Model Railroad Cars will only be accepted due to damage caused by shipment of your order and will be limited to 15 days from receipt of customer of product. Original packaging must be included with all returns. Please contact Sparkling Star Models, Inc. at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number and ship to location. Damage of Model Railroad Car due to use or misuse or construction will not be accepted. We highly recommend when returning items you request Proof of Delivery for your protection.
From time to time you may have items backordered from Sparkling Star Models, Inc. This situation may occur due to a variety of reasons, supplier production schedule, shipping delays, manufacturing problems, or our own manufacturing delays. We apologize in advance if any of these problems may cause delays in your receiving you products. With over 2500 items in our line this may occur as you can imagine. You may cancel any backorder prior to shipment from Sparkling Star Models, Inc. by contacting us at email@example.com. From time to time you will receive from us emails informing you of the status of the products you have on backorder. We thank you in advance for your patience.
General Return Policy;
Sparkling Star Models, Inc. reserves to right to determine the final decision whether to provide a refund, replacement, store credit or other forms of compensation for products manufactured or distributed by the company. We will endeavor to provide quality products to our customers with total satisfaction and enjoyment of our line of products.
